Special Events & Holiday Policies
LABOR DAY
There will be a FOUR-night minimum for all stays over Labor Day weekend. If you plan to stay in the marina on Monday, September 4th past 8am, please book your visit with a departure date of Tuesday, September 5th. Vessels will be permitted to arrive prior to the 8am restricted period on the date of arrival. Please understand you may need to temporarily stage to allow any departing vessels time to clear the marina. Vessels will not be permitted to remain in the marina past 8am on their scheduled check out day.

CLEVELAND BROWNS HOME GAME POLICY
Reservations for arrivals after September 8th, 2023, and for Browns Home Games will be made available after the league schedule is posted in May 2023.
Stay tuned for more communication as we near the league schedule release date. ALL Browns home games will be subject to a two-night minimum arriving the day before the game and departing the day after.
GAME DAY & SPECIAL EVENT ARRIVAL POLICY
Early arrivals and late departures cannot be guaranteed. The best way to secure a slip for either an early arrival or late departure is to book a slip for the previous or following night. The marina will do our best to honor requests as they are made, however boaters with reservations will take precedence over early arrivals or late departures.

GROUP & CLUB RESERVATIONS
If you will be visiting our marina as part of a club or cruising group, please be sure to add the group name into the Notes during checkout. Our team will do our best to place members of groups close together based on capacity and slip requirements for individual vessels. You may also contact our concierge team at (216) 485-2030 directly to coordinate the entire rendezvous.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NIGHT STAY
We enforce minimum night stay requirements for the Fourth of July (2 nights) and Labor Day holiday (4 nights). Additionally, we enforce a 9-night maximum stay for all stays. For options for longer-term stays in this area, please contact hello@snagaslip.com.
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS
Please contact the marina directly at northcoastharbor@oasismarinas.com to discuss any commercial ventures. This includes, but is not limited to, charters, boat rentals, party packages and using the marina as a pick-up/drop-off location.
Cancellation Policy
SPECIAL EVENTS & HOLIDAYS
​This marina has a 7-day cancellation policy for all special events and holidays, including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 7-day window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations during these periods due to weather or boat issues.

STANDARD POLICY
​This marina has a 72-hour cancellation policy for all standard stays. If you need to cancel within the 72-hour window before arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations during these periods due to weather or boat issues.

*Credits issued towards a future stay are only valid for the current calendar year and cannot be used towards stays on Special Events or Holidays
